Newburgh History

Since 1939 when Isaac Middleton founded the company in Bradwell, Derbyshire, Newburgh have continually invested in both plant and facilities to maintain our position as the premiere contract manufacturing company in the UK. We have a long and successful track record of setting up dedicated manufacturing facilities for major customers with contracts of up to 10 years duration. Newburgh currently employs 140 people in our 135,000 sq.feet of workshop space.

Our recently added Manufacturing Services facility within our Rotherham site adds further capability to service our customer’s more traditional sub contract requirements combined with breakdown response and outage programs wherever a quick turn around is required.

We are ISO 9001 (2000 Revision), Investors in People approved and ISO 14001 (2004) accredited.
